Ravenna Product Update – 01/09/2025

This week's product update introduces Cloudflare Access integration, flexible application provisioning methods, and new workflow run insights, giving teams more control over Zero Trust access automation and clearer visibility into workflow failures.

Cloudflare Integration

We’ve launched a new integration with Cloudflare Access, Cloudflare’s Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solution. Customers can now automate access requests for Cloudflare-protected applications end-to-end through Ravenna.

By connecting Cloudflare Access directly to Ravenna’s request and approval workflows, teams can eliminate manual steps, keep access decisions auditable, and align with modern Zero Trust architectures.

Application Provision Methods

Ravenna now supports multiple provisioning methods for Software Access requests, including group provisioning, application provisioning, and manual provisioning.

Different applications require different access models, and a single approach isn’t always sufficient—especially for tools that don’t support SCIM or aren’t fully integrated with an identity provider.

With Ravenna, you can now choose the provisioning method that fits how each application is managed, making it easier to support a wider range of tools without changing your existing access model.

Workflow Run Insight

We’ve introduced new debug capabilities that provide clearer visibility into workflow runs and failures.

When a workflow doesn’t complete as expected, you can now see more detailed, actionable information about what went wrong and where it failed. This makes troubleshooting faster, improves automation reliability, and helps teams build confidence in their workflows.
