This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, use, and share personal information from or about Ravenna users or their devices. By using our Site, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, sharing, and procedures this Privacy Policy describes. Beyond the Privacy Policy, your use of our Site is also subject to our Terms of Service.

We only process personal data where a lawful basis applies under Article 6 GDPR. The table below shows common purposes, data, and the lawful basis relied upon.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we conduct a balancing test and you have the right to object (see “YOUR GDPR RIGHTS”). We do not intentionally collect special categories of data.
We may collect a variety of information from or about you or your devices from various sources, as described below.
A.Information You Provide to Us
Demo Request. If you decide to schedule a demo with us, we may collect your name, email address, email addresses of guests you invite to the demo, and any other information you choose to provide. If you schedule through a third-party platform, we will collect the information you make available to us via that platform.
Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive other personal information about you. For example, when you contact us to learn more about Ravenna, we will receive your full name, email address, and the contents of your message or attachments that you choose to provide to us. If you subscribe to receive marketing or promotional communications for us (e.g., subscribe to our newsletter or blog), then we will collect certain information from you, such as your email address. When we send you emails, we may use embedded pixels or other technologies to track information about your receipt and interaction with our emails, such as whether and when you open them, whether you access any links included in our emails, how long you read our emails, whether you forward our emails and to whom, your Location Information (described below), and your Device Information (described below), to learn how to deliver a better customer experience and improve information and your resume online. We will collect the information you choose to provide on your resume or application, such as your education and employment experience. You may also apply through a third-party service such as LinkedIn. If you do so, we will collect any information you make available to us via such third- party platform.

Location Information. When you use our Site, we infer your general location information, for example by using your internet protocol OIPP address.
Device Information. We receive information about the device and software you use to access our Site, including IP address, device type, device identifiers, web browser type and version, and operating system version.
Usage Information. To help us understand how you use our Site and to help us improve it, we automatically receive information about your interactions with our Site, like the pages or other content you view, and the dates and times of your visits.

We apply the following guidelines: (i) account/support records: for up to 12 months after last interaction; (ii) marketing contact details: until you opt out plus up to 24 months; (iii) web server logs and analytics data: for up to 12 months; (iv) contracts and transaction records: as required to comply with legal obligations. When retention periods expire, we securely delete or anonymize the data in a way that prevents identification of any data subject.

Your personal data is used solely for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, such as providing and improving our services, communicating with you, and ensuring the security of our systems. HOW WE DISCLOSE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Location Information. You can prevent your mobile device from sharing precise location information at any time through your deviceʼs operating system settings. However, location is core to our Site and without it, you may not be able to successfully use our Site.
Marketing Communications. You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails via the link provided in the emails. Even if you opt out of receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us.
Do Not Track. There is no accepted standard on how to respond to Do Not Track signals, and we do not respond to such signals. If you choose not to provide us with information we collect, some features of our Site may not work as intended.

If you are in the EEA/UK, you have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability, and withdrawal of consent (where processing is based on consent). SECURITY
