Notification Upgrade

We’ve made two major improvements to notifications. Organization admins can now set default notification settings for their teams, and individual users’ preferences are now global across all workspaces.

Why we built it

Notifications are a critical part of how people stay on top of work in Ravenna, but customers told us they needed more centralized control. Previously, each user managed their own settings per workspace, which was confusing for new or occasional users. Admin defaults and global preferences make it easier to ensure everyone gets the right notifications without extra setup.

What you can do with it

Admins can now define default settings for all members, while users benefit from consistent notification behavior across every workspace. This gives organizations more confidence that important alerts reach the right people at the right time.
