We’ve added a new Tag Added Trigger to workflows. This trigger fires whenever ticket tags change, giving you more control and flexibility in automating how tickets move through your processes.
Why we built it
Teams asked for a way to react instantly when tags are added or updated, for example, to assign ownership or shift tickets between queues. This trigger makes it easy to automate those steps without manual intervention.
What you can do with it
Use the Tag Added Trigger to automatically assign tickets, update statuses, or route them to different workspaces when specific tags are applied. It’s a simple way to reduce repetitive work and keep your workflows in sync.
