Slack Actions (Expanded)

We’ve expanded Slack Actions in Ravenna workflows to support more common Slack management tasks. This allows teams to resolve Slack-related requests faster, directly from Ravenna.

Why we built it

Many customers use Ravenna to handle access and operational requests that ultimately require changes in Slack. These requests often involved manual back-and-forth or handoffs to admins.

What you can do with it

You can now manage Slack groups and channels directly through Ravenna, including adding or removing users. This makes it easier to automate routine Slack requests, reduce response time, and keep workflows moving without manual intervention.
