Multiple Slack Channel Connections

Oct 28, 2025

We’ve expanded Ravenna’s queue connectivity to support multiple Slack channels per queue. This update gives teams more flexibility in how they organize and manage their request workflows across Slack.

Why we built it

Teams managing requests in several Slack channels often ran into limits with the previous one-channel-per-queue setup. Customers told us they wanted a way to apply shared queue rules like routing, approvals, and SLAs across multiple channels without recreating the same configuration each time. This update makes it easier to maintain consistency and reduce duplication across busy Slack environments.

What you can do with it

Multiple Channel Connections in Slack

You can now connect as many Slack channels as you need to a single queue. All connected channels share the same queue logic, rules, and automations, so requests from different teams or projects can flow into one managed queue. This makes it simpler to track requests, enforce consistent policies, and cut down on setup and maintenance overhead.
