We’re releasing Categories in Ravenna to help teams bring structure and clarity to incoming requests. This update makes it easier to understand what’s coming in, without relying on manual tagging.

Why we built it

Customers needed a better way to organize and analyze requests at scale. Manually tagging requests would’ve been time-consuming and inconsistent, making it hard to get reliable insights.

What you can do with it

You can now add one or more categories to a workspace, and Ravenna will automatically classify every incoming request using AI. You can start from a library of pre-built categories informed by customer usage, or customize your own. This helps teams quickly understand request volume, trends, and ownership with less effort.
