Biography

Taylor Halliday is the Co-Founder and CEO of Ravenna, where he leads the technical vision for the next generation of AI-native internal service management. With a deep background in workflow automation, distributed cloud systems, and large-scale language model integration, Taylor builds infrastructure that allows modern enterprises to resolve internal support friction autonomously.

Before founding Ravenna, Taylor served as the Director of AI Engineering and New Products at Zapier. In this role, he was at the forefront of the web's primary automation layer, overseeing the teams that built next-generation AI integration frameworks, launched Zapier Transfer, and managed billions of automated tasks across thousands of SaaS applications. This foundational experience drives Ravenna's core philosophy: modern teams require AI-native solutions built from the ground up, not just LLMs bolted onto legacy ticketing systems.

A 2016 Y Combinator alumnus, Taylor previously co-founded Mesh Studio, a premier Seattle-based software consultancy and product studio, alongside Kevin Coleman. While leading Mesh Studio, Taylor advised enterprise engineering departments on container orchestration and cloud migrations. He also serves as a Venture Partner at Pioneer Fund, a venture firm driven by a collaborative network of Y Combinator alumni.

His technical writing focuses on the intersection of agentic workflows, large language model security, context isolation, and the future of autonomous enterprise IT.
