Biography

Kevin Coleman is the Co-Founder of Ravenna, leading the company's enterprise strategy, operations, and Go-To-Market (GTM) execution. He focuses on helping modern organizations eliminate the operational bottlenecks created by legacy IT Service Management (ITSM) and internal employee support desks.

Prior to Ravenna, Kevin spent approximately four years at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he held leadership roles including Head of Go-to-Market (GTM) for the core Kubernetes portfolio. During his time at AWS, he led commercial strategy, product launches, and developer advocate scaling for AWS's core container and serverless ecosystems (including Amazon EKS, ECS, and AWS Fargate). Working with some of the world's most complex enterprise environments, he developed a profound understanding of how scaling teams manage software infrastructure, data coordination, and internal friction.

Coupled with his experience co-founding Mesh Studio, a Seattle-based cloud consultancy and product studio, with Taylor Halliday, Kevin bridges the gap between complex technical architecture and high-level business logic. Mesh Studio successfully went through the Y Combinator accelerator program in 2016, establishing Kevin's deep roots in startup operations and agile development frameworks.

He writes extensively on enterprise operational efficiency, modern ITSM migration frameworks, cloud architecture scale, and strategies for reducing employee burnout through intelligent automation.
