Workspace Visibility in Slack
Oct 30, 2025
Not all Ravenna workspaces need to be visible in Slack. As Ravenna usage has expanded, many teams have created a mix of workspaces, from shared team environments to personal spaces for tracking tasks or testing workflows.
Why we built it
Customers told us they wanted more control over which workspaces appear in Slack. Some workspaces are meant for collaboration, while others are used privately for experimentation or internal setup. Previously, all connected workspaces were surfaced in Slack, which could create unnecessary clutter and confusion.
What you can do with it

You can now choose which Ravenna workspaces are visible and accessible in Slack. This helps teams keep Slack integrations focused on the workspaces that matter most for collaboration, while allowing other spaces to remain private or internal.
