Workflow Enhancements

We’ve added new workflow management capabilities, including duplicating and deleting entire workflow trees, along with a new Send Email workflow action.

Why we built it

Customers managing large workflows need a more efficient way to copy structures or retire old logic. Plus, built-in email responses would help your team handle communication end-to-end without relying on external triggers.

What you can do with it

You can now duplicate or delete workflow trees to speed up building and maintaining complex automation. The new Send Email action lets you send outbound emails within your workflow logic, making automations more complete and flexible.
