This release includes major workflow upgrades like versioning, better in-flight controls, and error alerts, along with fully integrated email support in workflows. We also added one-click Knowledge Base generation, bulk drag-and-drop reorganization, and a streamlined documentation experience with new guides and expanded integration docs.

Lots of additions to Ravenna workflows over the past few weeks. We introduced workflow versioning, pause/deactivate control to manage in-flight workflows, better timezone handling, and alerts for workflows errors. See Workflows documentation for more info.

You can now easily generate a Knowledge Base article from any ticket from within the Ravenna web app.

Reorganize Analytics, Workflows, and Form resources in bulk. Easily move resources into and out of folders.

Ravenna now supports automatically adding email CCs as followers on tickets, email attachments, and email sending + receiving is fully supported in Ravenna workflows.
