Why we built it

Many teams told us they needed a clearer way to track the smaller steps within a ticket, especially for repeatable processes like employee onboarding or offboarding. This feature helps teams stay organized and ensures every task has an owner.

What you can do with it

Add, assign, and track tasks directly within a ticket to make progress more visible and reduce missed steps. Use task list templates to quickly reuse and standardize your processes across teams and projects.
