Teams often spin up new resources as part of fulfilling a request, but those links were easy to lose and hard to track. Customers wanted a way to keep related resources and the original ticket connected.

Automatically attach generated links to the originating request, creating cleaner audit trails and reducing the time spent searching for related resources.

Use task completion as a workflow trigger to keep work moving. You can reference both the finishing task and the task that comes next, giving you more flexibility in how you automate handoffs.
