Slack Work Objects

Ravenna now supports Slack’s new Work Objects framework, replacing the older ticket mirror with a richer, more native Slack experience for ticket management.

Why we built it

Customers wanted a cleaner and more capable interface for interacting with Ravenna tickets inside Slack. Slack’s Work Objects offered the opportunity to improve clarity and speed while removing the limitations of the older mirrored messages.

What you can do with it

Tickets now render as Slack Ticket Work Objects, giving you a clearer layout, faster updates, and more intuitive editing — all without leaving Slack. The rollout is to be completed over the next week.
