We’ve added Slack Notification Preferences so you can control which events trigger alerts and where those alerts go. This gives you more flexibility to stay informed without unnecessary noise.

Why we built it

Many customers shared that they were getting too many notifications, making it harder to focus on what really matters. We built preferences to help teams cut through the noise while still staying up to date on the most important events.

What you can do with it

You can now choose exactly which events should trigger a Slack notification and which channels or DMs should receive them. This makes it easier to balance awareness with focus, ensuring you see the updates that matter without distraction.
