We’ve added support for Slack link unfurls. Now when you share a Ravenna ticket link in Slack, it will automatically expand with key ticket details that stay up to date in real time.

What is it

Slack unfurls display ticket information such as title, status, assignee, and priority directly in your Slack conversations. These previews update as the ticket changes, so your team always has the latest context without switching tools.

Why we built it

Teams asked for an easier way to keep Ravenna and Slack connected without copying updates back and forth. Slack is often where discussions happen, and unfurls make it simpler to keep ticket information visible and accurate in those conversations.

What can you do with it
