Slack Improvements

We've released improvements to Slack, including support for Slack assistant typing indicators and the ability to view all resolved tickets in the Ravenna Slack app.

Why we built it

Teams rely on Slack as their primary workspace and ask for clearer visibility into AI activity and easier access to ticket history. With these, it is easier to detect when AI is working and to review previously resolved issues.

What you can do with it

Typing indicators give users a visual cue when the AI assistant is processing or generating a response. You can also browse all resolved tickets directly in Slack, making it easier to reference past work without switching to the dashboard.
