/rav Command Updates

We’ve expanded the /rav Slack command with new functionality and a better help experience. This gives you faster access to ticket information and advance Ravenna control without leaving Slack.

What is it

The /rav command now supports advanced options that let you view your assigned tickets, pending approvals, and submitted requests directly in Slack. We’ve also added a new help flow that provides clear instructions on available commands and how to use them.

Why we built it

Teams wanted a quicker way to interact with Ravenna from Slack beyond just creating tickets. By expanding /rav, we’re making it easier to check work status and approvals where conversations are already happening.

What you can do with it

Use /rav to stay on top of your work without switching tools. You can see what’s assigned to you, track pending approvals, or review your open requests. If you’re unsure of what commands are available, just use /rav help to get guidance.
