Earlier this year, we launched our Incident.io integration to help teams validate on-call coverage inside Ravenna workflows. Today, we’re extending that capability with a new PagerDuty integration. Teams can now confirm who is (and isn’t) on-call directly within a workflow, streamlining access requests and reducing bottlenecks for time-sensitive operations.
Why we built it
Operations and security teams often need to confirm who is on call as part of access requests or time-sensitive workflows. Customers asked for a way to handle these checks inside Ravenna so approvals could move faster.
What you can do with it
You can now check the current PagerDuty on-call rotations directly within a workflow. This helps teams validate coverage, route urgent requests more efficiently, and reduce delays caused by manual lookups.
