Why we built it

Customers told us that creating multiple tickets or managing tickets across different queues was slow and cumbersome. We built the new modal to streamline that workflow and reduce friction for teams handling large volumes of support requests.

What you can do with it

You can now quickly create single or bulk tickets across workspaces and queues, attach files directly, and move through the process without switching contexts. The cleaner layout helps you stay focused and get more done in less time.
