Move Ticket Workflow Action

We’ve introduced a new Move Ticket workflow action to make it easier to re-route tickets between workspaces. This helps teams cut down on manual handoffs when tickets end up in the wrong Workspace.


Why we built it

Customers shared that tickets often land in the wrong workspace, leading to extra back-and-forth before they reach the right team. We built the move action to reduce that friction and make sure requests get to the right place faster. Pair this new action with the AI Decision maker action to build workflows that automatically route tickets to the right destination.


What you can do with it

You can now add a move action into any workflow to automatically re-route tickets between workspaces. This means less manual triage, fewer delays, and quicker resolutions for customers.

This new action is available in the workflow builder today.
