MCP: Talk to your tickets

Connect AI assistants to Ravenna with MCP
The Ravenna MCP server opens your workspace to AI assistants like Claude, Cursor, and VS Code through the Model Context Protocol. Instead of switching between tools, you can manage tickets, look up users, configure access policies, and more from a single conversation.
Agents pick the single best matching rule
When multiple agent rules could apply to a request, the agent now selects the single most specific match instead of trying to satisfy several rules at once. This produces more predictable, focused responses and reduces confusion when rules overlap.
Workflow triggers show a confirmation button
Workflows triggered without a form now present a confirmation button by default, giving the requester a chance to review before execution begins. Agents can still auto-trigger workflows when rules explicitly call for it.
