Linear Bi-Directional Sync

Ravenna’s Linear integration now supports full bi-directional syncing, including titles, descriptions, messages, assignees, statuses, priorities, and custom fields.

Why we built it

Many customers use Ravenna as their front line for triage, but rely on Linear for engineering task tracking. Previously, syncing was one-way, which meant updates could fall out of sync between systems. We built this to ensure both tools stay perfectly aligned.

What you can do with it

Teams can now escalate or mirror tickets between Ravenna and Linear without worrying about data drift. Updates made in one system are reflected in the other automatically, keeping everyone on the same page.
