Jira Service Management Integration - Early Access

We’re excited to announce the early access release of Ravenna’s integration with Jira Service Management (JSM). With this release, customers can now connect Ravenna directly to JSM, automatically syncing tickets between Slack and Jira. 

Why we built it

We built this integration in response to what we heard from many JSM customers: they wanted a seamless way to combine Ravenna’s AI capabilities and Slack-native workflows with their existing JSM environments. These teams see Ravenna as a natural front line, handling routine Tier 1 support requests, triaging issues, and automating common help desk workflows, while continuing to leverage existing investments in JSM for ticket management. 

What you can do with it

With the new integration, tickets sync bi-directionally between both systems. Whether a ticket is managed in Ravenna or Jira, both tools stay in sync, ensuring that everyone involved in the process remains on the same page. The result is a more connected support experience, where Ravenna helps automate routine and repetitive request and JSM continues to power help desk operations behind the scenes.
