Jamf Integration (Preview)

 IT teams handle a constant stream of device-related requests, from visibility into employee hardware to automated device actions. Jamf has been a top request from our IT customers, and today we’re opening preview access to our new Jamf integration.

Why we built it

Teams wanted a way to automate device lookups and actions directly in Ravenna so they could avoid manual checks across multiple systems.

What you can do with it

With the preview integration, you can identify user devices, pull diagnostic information, and initiate basic device actions within a workflow. We’ll be adding expanded actions during the preview period, and we’re inviting teams to try it early and share feedback.
