In-Line Text Formatting

You can now easily format text directly in Ravenna by highlighting it. The new formatting pill supports bold, italics, underline, and links.

Why we built it

Teams asked for a simpler way to improve readability in long messages and ticket updates. Until now, formatting required Markdown or external editors.

What you can do with it

Highlight text anywhere in Ravenna to quickly add emphasis, structure, or links. This makes updates easier to read and helps teams communicate more clearly inside Slack and the dashboard.
