We’ve added support for Custom Fields in Ravenna Analytics. This allows you to break down request data by the custom fields that you define

Why we built it

Customers told us they wanted deeper visibility into their existing requests, without needing to create new tags or data structures. By bringing custom fields into analytics, teams can get more meaningful insights from the data they’re already capturing.

What you can do with it

You can now filter and segment reports by fields such as priority, department, device, or any other field that you define. This makes it easier to track trends, measure performance, and surface the insights that matter most to your business.

Try it out by opening Analytics and filtering or group by custom fields.
