Auto Add Followers on Mention

We’ve added Auto Add Followers on Mention to make collaboration smoother. When you mention a teammate in a ticket comment or linked Slack thread, they’ll now automatically be added as a follower.
Why we built it
Teams often mentioned that keeping the right people in the loop required extra manual steps. This update removes that friction, ensuring anyone mentioned in the conversation stays informed without additional clicks.
What you can do with it
Simply mention a teammate in a comment or Slack thread — Ravenna will handle the rest. They’ll automatically receive updates on the ticket, making it easier to collaborate and respond quickly.
