Attachments on Tickets

You can now add files and images directly to your Ravenna tickets. Attachments can be uploaded from your computer in the web app or captured automatically when a user shares a file in a ticket-related Slack thread.

Email Integration

When someone emails a ticket with attachments, those files now automatically appear in Ravenna. Every file type is supported, including documents, images, videos, and archives. The original file names and metadata are preserved, and attachments are instantly available to your entire team so nothing gets lost in inboxes.

Slack Integration

Files shared in Slack conversations are now seamlessly synced back into the corresponding Ravenna tickets. This keeps your team's collaboration connected with real-time updates whenever files are added in Slack threads. To maintain context, attachments appear alongside the conversation history so you always know where they came from.

File Management

Every attachment is accessible, organized, and actionable within its ticket. You can quickly preview images and documents, and also download and share files with your team. Managing ticket-related files is now easier and more streamlined than ever.
