Application Access Levels

Teams can now define multiple access levels per application, assign approvers for each level, and customize the approval strategy. This is a more flexible and secure way to model software access across an organization.

Why we built it

The single-level access model wasn’t enough for applications with multiple roles, permissions, or sensitivity levels. We needed to build a way to represent real-world access structures and route approvals more precisely. This feature gives administrators the flexibility they need to enforce least-privilege without relying on manual workarounds.

What you can do with it

You can now create different access levels for a single application, specify who approves each level, and choose the right approval strategy for the sensitivity of the access being requested. This makes it easier to standardize access workflows and maintain consistent security controls across your application estate.
