Why we built it
Many teams support their customers primarily through email, and it's convenient to have the same automation they use in Slack to apply to their inbox workflows.
What you can do with it
Ravenna can now generate automated, AI-powered email responses based on your knowledge base. This reduces manual triage and speeds up response times for teams handling high email volume.
