Your internal support workflows don't exist in a vacuum. They connect to Salesforce, trigger Slack notifications, and pull data from a dozen other systems.
Today, we're launching a suite of developer tools that take Ravenna from a standalone support system into the programmable backbone for your operations.
Developers Tools
Our customers have been asking for deeper integration capabilities since day one. Not just another pre-built connector, but the raw building blocks to make Ravenna fit exactly how your team works. Today we are excited to release the following:
REST API: Full programmatic access your Ravenna instance. It's the same API our engineering team uses to build Ravenna itself. Create tickets automatically from your CRM, build custom dashboards, or sync data with your existing tools.
Webhooks: Real-time event notifications for everything happening in Ravenna. When tickets are created, updated, or closed, your systems are instantly notified. No more polling for updates or dealing with stale data.
MCP Server: Connect your Ravenna instance to external LLAm
Why This Matters
Our customer's tech stacks are unique. That’s why we built Ravenna’s Developer Tools to be flexible, extensible, and deeply programmable.
With these new capabilities, you can now integrate Ravenna with any tool including off-the-shelf SaaS or internal systems. Whether it's syncing with your internal databases, triggering automations in Slack, or bridging into your custom workflows, Ravenna now fits into your environment, not the other way around.
Your developers get the control they need. Your operations team gains efficiency. And your support workflows work seamlessly across every system that matters.
